Joe had a "perfect" birthday. It really was a great day! We started off the day with him and I running errands together. He is a great shopping partner. Then we came back and gathered the troops for lunch at 2 Toots in Bartlett(a great restaurant by the way!) He was beyond excited to see actual trains while also sitting right next to the tracks in the restaurant. Then we came back for cake and ice cream, opening presents and a walk to the park. I'm sure you can guess the theme from the pictures!

Ending the evening by watching ducks at Twin Lakes with Scott and Alicia.
